Erosion is evident to the slab edge along with cracking throughout the slab. Slab has droppe

Moisture staining to the facade of the building. On further inspection there was staining to the ceiling at the underside of the front entrance and an elevated Moisture reading. Water has penetrated the facade causing wood rot to trims and deterioration of materials.

Termites appear to have eaten a significant portion of the bottom plate and wall components. When the bottom plate is consumed by termites, the wall isnt adequately fixed to the slab. This is why the the bottom of the wall  moves freely with minimal force as shown in the video
